The terms and conditions page list MJR’s policy and procedures for all services performed.
- Deposit/Payment received for MJR’s services acknowledges that you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
- MJRvisuals will respond to email client questions within 24 hours of posting. *Please note most emails are responded to within 1 hour of posting.
- All payments and deposits will be completed through PayPal.
- Payment for services must be received in full 1 week prior to shooting in order to finalize the scheduled calendar filming and/or photography date.
- Cancellations made up to 4 days from the scheduled shoot will not incur cancellation fees. Cancellations less then 4 days of the scheduled shoot will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
- Video with duration less then 5 minutes and all photography work is guaranteed to be ready for the first review within 4 days of the completion of filming/shooting
- Video with duration more then 5 minutes will be guaranteed to be ready for the first review within 7 days of the completion of filming. *please note depending on the complexity of the filming being required completion my vary, if the edit time is longer then stated above that time will be discussed with and agreed to by the client prior to final remittance of payment.
- The client has 48 hours to review and submit any changes and/or edits to the first draft. All changes must be sent in written form via email to MJR Visuals. After the first review MJR will provide a second draft to the client withing 72 hours of receiving any edit and/or change request from the client.
- All video drafts will be processed and forwarded to the client via YouTube, the link will be unlisted and/or private. The link will be sent via email to the client.
- All video will be provided in H264 form for processing on (1) DVD, unless otherwise requested by the client. *Additional DVDs are available for a charge of $5.00 per extra DVD **Menu enabled DVDs are available for an additional charge.
