Our Terms and Conditions

MJRvisuals is a boutique video production company based in the Washington DC metropolitan area. Mjrvisuals foundation is built with the idea that the ability to produce great video is not done by a large crew but by a small team collaborating in all aspects of the production to create a single captivating visual engagement. Our staff consists of videographers that cross work as videographers, editors, animators, and graphic designers.
Our pricing is based on the job but broken down into sensible sections; filming, editing, animation, travel, casting and admin fees. Each item is numbered accordingly with our goal of being as efficient in our pricing as possible.
Any hours filming past scheduled allotted time will be billed and added to the outstanding balance (if any) at a rate of $150.00. If on location past a responsible amount of time client will be charged the next tier film rate.
The first completed video file forwarded to the client will be considered the “draft.” The client has the right to review and require any changes to the draft which will be adjusted according to the clients specific instructions. *Please note: Unless otherwise asked by the client, changes performed on the draft will be processed without interpretation by the editor. The first final will be delivered 10 to 22 business days after the completion of filming. If any delays the POC will be contacted via email and then regular status updates will be provided until delivery.
The client has five (5) business days to review and submit any changes and/or edits to the first draft. All changes must be forwarded in written form via email. Please reference in the subject line “Edits and provide the Client Name.” After the first review MjrVisuals will provide a second draft to the client within 5 days of receiving any edits and/or change requests from the client. The client has the option to make changes to the second draft. There is no third (3rd) revision or a draft. The video forwarded after the second edit/ revision is considered the final and will NOT be forwarded until any other standing balance is satisfied. If no edits or changes are received by the client past 15 business days, the most recent forwarded version will be considered the final and deemed delivered.
All video drafts will be processed and forwarded to the client either by Vimeo and password protected or by Dropbox. The password will be forwarded and the link will be sent via email to the client.
All video will be provided in H264 form for processing on (1) DVD unless otherwise requested by the client or will be sent to a specific email via DROPBOX. *Additional DVDs are available for a charge of $5.00 per extra DVD **Menu enabled DVDs are available for an additional charge.
