To secure any production date, MJRVisuals requires a non-refundable deposit equal to seventy percent (70%) of the total project cost unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project and prior to the release of final deliverables. For long-term, multi-date, or scheduled productions booked more than thirty (30) days in advance, a ten percent (10%) scheduling retainer may be collected upfront to reserve dates and production availability. The remaining sixty percent (60%) deposit balance is due no later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled filming date. The final thirty percent (30%) is due upon project completion. Projects are not officially scheduled until deposit payment has been received.

Due to scheduling commitments, crew availability, equipment reservations, and production preparation, all deposits are non-refundable.  If a project is canceled within ten (10) days of the scheduled production date, an administrative cancellation fee of forty percent (40%) may apply to cover scheduling losses, project preparation, and associated business expenses already incurred. Rescheduling requests will be reviewed based on availability and may require additional fees depending on timing and production commitments.

All projects include up to three (3) rounds of standard revisions unless otherwise stated within the project estimate or invoice.  Additional revisions, major restructuring requests, or edits outside the original project scope may be billed at MJRVisuals’ standard hourly editing rate.  Revision requests must be consolidated whenever possible to maintain efficient project workflow and delivery timelines.

Estimated turnaround times 10 – 21 business days for all projects.  If issues arise it is communicate via email to the POC on file.  Expedited or rush turnaround requests may incur additional fees.

Unless otherwise discussed, MJRVisuals typically provides clients with access to RAW footage and completed project files through Dropbox or approved file delivery platforms.  Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up all delivered files promptly after delivery. MJRVisuals does not guarantee long-term storage or archival of RAW footage, project assets, or completed deliverables unless an additional storage or archival agreement has been arranged in advance.  Long-term storage, re-upload requests, or archival retrieval may be subject to additional fees depending on project size and storage requirements.

Pricing listed on the MJRVisuals website or promotional materials represents starting rates and may vary depending on project complexity, travel, production requirements, crew needs, equipment demands, and scheduling requirements.  By submitting payment and/or approving an estimate or invoice, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
