All projects are quoted directly based on scope. The rates below are for transparency; final pricing is determined by project requirements.
Filming
Filming means the actual filming of the project covering the camera(s), on location work, and RAW footage.

Editing
Editing is the piecing together of a project or group of projects to include everything necessary for a watchable visual presentation including but not limited to: color grading, audio editing, content editing.
$75.00 an hr with a two (2) hr minimum.

Animation
Animation includes the modeling and creation of 3D modeling and composites, cartoon animation, cartoon design, model design and renders to include Advanced motion graphics in After Effects and all work in Maya Autodesk.

Live Stream
$550.00 hr, live stream includes an audio/computer engineer on location.
Travel
Travel is based on listed state department pier diem listed rates for area, lodging, and food.
Administrative
15% of the total costs. The administrative pricing accounts for all intangibles in video production, i.e. software for projects, subscriptions, electricity, etc.
Event Equipment
Event Equipment refers to equipment needed for an event where we are also responsible for providing A/V outside of actual video recording.

Deposit
Deposit refers to the the payment made to hold the date for the event and/or recording.
For most projects, a 70% deposit is required to secure production dates.
For projects booked more than 30 days in advance, a 10% initial deposit is required to hold the date, with the remaining 60% due 30 days prior to filming.
The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery. All preview files are watermarked until the balance is complete.
