Immersion


Pre-Production Planning


This is the first and most crucial step. It involves understanding your message, your target audience, and the desired outcome of the end video based on the conversation (which can be online, in person, and/or via email); we then complete the scriptwriting, storyboarding, and location scouting.

Casting and Crew Selection


Depending on the script, we must cast actors who can effectively convey the intended message. At this time, we also determine the size of the crew needed and the expertise required to capture the necessary footage based on the storyboards.

For example, for Drone footage, we ensure our engineer’s FAA Certification is active and current.

Equipment Selection


We own and provide the latest equipment to ensure the best possible quality in video capture. We also provide professional lighting equipment, sound recording devices, drones for aerial shots, and camera cages for underwater videography.

Production


This is the actual filming of the video content. We follow the storyboard and script closely, but we ask you to be flexible and adaptable to any unforeseen circumstances, as well as slight changes during filming because seeing it on camera versus during the pre-production could be slightly different. The shot selection would be adjusted to ensure the best capture possible. The end goal is to ensure the vision of the video is realized.

Post-Production


After filming, the footage will be edited into a cohesive narrative. This stage also includes sound mixing, color grading, and adding any special effects.

Review and Approval


The final cut of the video will be reviewed by the client and/or agency for approval. Any necessary changes will be made at this stage; we will provide three reviews before the final completion and delivery of the video.

Distribution


Once approved, the commercial will be distributed through various channels, such as television, social media, and cinema. The distribution strategy will depend on the target audience.

Evaluation


After the commercial has been distributed, we monitor and evaluate its effectiveness. This involves surveys and analyzing viewer engagement data based on video, company, and website analytics.
